In loving memory...

Miss Myrtle Snow

Miss Myrtle Snow, commonly called Myrtle or Myrtie Birdie, was laid to rest on September 21st, 2022.

We had the honor of knowing and loving her for her last two years. Myrtle was an exceptional mare, and despite her chronic health struggles, she was always happy. She will be dearly missed by all who knew, loved, and worked with her, and by her fellow equine companions, who she loved very much, Waffle, Petey, and Gus.

Ambie

Our lovely Ambie was laid to rest on January 30th, 2023 at 32 years old.

Ambie was a beloved resident of the farm, and beloved member of the Smith family.

She came as a boarder in 2016 to be a companion to another personal horse, Bucky. For 7 years the two of them were always together; just as Ambie became a barn favorite, her amazing owner, Paula, became an incredible friend to all of us and all of the horses. Ambie was sassy, spirited, but also kind, and a cookie monster; she loved all forms of food. Ambie will be dearly missed by all who worked with her, but most of all by Bucky, her equine companion, and Paula.
